Requirements

  • Proven sales or consultative customer‑facing experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • High personal accountability and organization
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

  • In‑home sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar)
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience working within a CRM‑driven sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑quality in‑home and remote sales consultations
  • Diagnose customer needs and present customized, value‑based proposals
  • Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales and close‑rate targets
  • Build long‑term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow‑up in the CRM
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
  • Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews
