Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of previous sales or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in telecommunications sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Hitting the Streets: You'll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and assisting in covering our storefronts as needed, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services
  • Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market
  • Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product's benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers
  • Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going
  • Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build long-term relationships and exceptional, local service
  • Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you'll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you've learned while working in the field
