Residential Sales and Service Plumber

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is looking for an experienced full-time Residential Sales and Service Plumber who can complete high-quality work, sell upgrades, and form positive connections with homeowners. Requirements
- TX state master, journeyman, or tradesman plumbing license
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Sales experience or knowledge - sales are a required aspect of this position
- Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 5 years)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Independently assessing customers' residential plumbing systems and correctly diagnosing the source of any issues
- Clearly explaining service options and selling additional replacements and/or upgrades when appropriate
- Performing compliant, high-quality plumbing services
- Treating customers and their homes respectfully and professionally
- Participating in ongoing technical training to continuously improve and grow within the trade
