Requirements

• Proven success in residential roofing (or similar home improvement) sales.
• Experience coaching, training, or leading sales teams to exceed goals.
• A natural-born hunter—driven, competitive, and fearless when it comes to new opportunities.
• Electric communication and presentation skills—you inspire people to take action.
• Strong organizational skills to track progress and keep goals in sight.
• Willingness to hit the road when needed to support field training.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver high-impact sales training focused on prospecting, canvassing, closing, and overcoming objections.
• Coach and motivate reps to hunt for new business like pros—and seal the deal.
• Lead from the front, jumping into the field and showing exactly what it takes to win.
• Track performance, celebrate victories, and push for continuous improvement.
