About The Position

We’re hiring a Residential Roofing Sales Representative to generate and close residential exterior projects, including roofing, siding, and windows. This is a commission-driven role focused on in-home consultations, estimating, and delivering an excellent homeowner experience.

Requirements

• Experience in residential roofing or exterior construction sales preferred
• Strong in-home sales, communication, and closing skills
• Comfortable performing roof inspections and working in the field
• Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing, siding, and window needs
• Perform roof inspections and site evaluations

• Coordinate project handoff with production and operations teams
• Maintain accurate sales notes, documentation, and customer communication
