About The Position

At Kaiser Siding and Roofing (KSR), we're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our award-winning team in Charlotte, North Carolina. With over 50 years of combined experience in residential roofing, we're a nationally recommended, bonded, and insured roofing company providing full-service solutions from inspection to installation. As a Residential Roofing Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in our continued growth by connecting with homeowners, presenting roofing solutions, and closing high-value contracts. Whether you're a seasoned sales expert or looking to launch a career in roofing sales, we'll equip you with the tools, training, and support to succeed.

Requirements

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be a top performer in a team-oriented, high-energy sales culture.
• Someone with reliable transportation (you'll be on the move, meeting customers in their neighborhoods).
• Previous sales experience is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right person.
• Familiarity with residential exterior products like roofing, siding, gutters, or windows is helpful.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guiding homeowners through our proven roofing sales process —from first handshake to signed contract.
• Self-generating leads through grassroots efforts while also following up on company-provided leads from multiple sources.
• Conducting roof inspections and presenting compelling retail sales estimates.
• Selling value-added upgrades and upselling related exterior products during contract signings.
• Handling insurance claims sales by educating homeowners and navigating the process with confidence.
• Building trust and long-term relationships in the Charlotte market through transparency, follow-through, and top-tier service.
