Requirements

• 2+ years of steep slope roofing experience.
• Experience using CRMs, making presentations, and generating digital proposals.
• Comfort working on roofs up to 10/12 pitch.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs., climb onto rooftops, and work in attic spaces.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motivation to help the client while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients' homes to diagnose exterior issues.
• Explain to homeowners why we're the best choice for the job.
• Estimate project costs using our straightforward pricing guide.
• Follow our defined sales process to gain client approval.
• Generate 20% of your leads.
• Close repair appointments at 70% or higher.
• Flip 10-20% of the repairs to the replacement sales team.
• Sign $1,000,000 in work annually.
• Run 15 appointments per week.
• Maintain documentation and complete detailed inspection reports.
• Deliver expert-level advice for roof, siding, gutters, and attic insulation services.
