We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Residential RN supporting two homes located in Abington and Norwell—just 10 miles apart. The RN typically spends two days per week at each residence and alternates the fifth day between the two homes (usually Wednesdays). This schedule allows for full, focused days at one location, with no need to travel between sites during the same day except under special circumstances. This role manages the day-to-day healthcare and medical needs of individuals residing in assigned residential homes. The RN also provides support and supervision to licensed staff, conducts ongoing training for certified staff, and assists in the delivery of all healthcare services. About the Role: Oversee and coordinate healthcare services for individuals in residential programs. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to LPNs and direct care staff. Conduct medication audits, proctor MAP (medication administration program) courses, and maintain compliance with DDS/DPH standards. Develop and update healthcare protocols and ensure staff are trained accordingly. Collaborate with physicians, families, and Department of Developmental Services (DDS) teams to ensure continuity of care. Attend medical appointments as needed and advocate for individuals’ health needs.
