Who you are: As a Residential Review Appraiser, your opinion matters. You will provide opinions of value on residential real estate within the requirements of bank regulations and profession appraisal standards. Requirements

• Licensed residential appraiser

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute

Responsibilities

• Receives appraisal requests and determines the type of appraisal and report required based on bank regulations and the degree of credit risk
• Reviews residential appraisal reports by independent fee appraisers and reports findings and conclusions in written format
• Orders original and updated appraisals from fee appraisers; monitors status of orders, communicates with fee appraisers and bank officers to solve any order problems.
• Forms a final opinion of value on the properties appraised
• Attends related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques
