About The Position

Are you a skilled and experienced residential turnover contractor looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and work with our project manager to oversee residential renovation projects. Compensation: Per Job - Standard Company Pricing Per Scope - Company standard per scope 1 Complete all aspects of residential turn projects, as included in the work order assigned. Work with the project manager on keeping project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with the project manager to ensure smooth project execution. Complete the installation of materials, fixtures, and appliances, based on the project manager's scope of work. Submit necessary repairs and renovations not on the scope to the project manager for review. Maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential projects.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have all the required tools for a home renovation.
