Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in residential remodeling or related trades.
- Proficient in multiple trades such as framing, trim carpentry, and drywall.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to grow within the trade and learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, trim carpentry, drywall, and more.
- Work closely with lead carpenters and apprentices to ensure the success of each project.
- Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail on all remodel aspects.
- Resolve on-site challenges with creative solutions and problem-solving skills.
- Follow all safety standards and contribute to quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
