About The Position

Peachford Hospital will soon be opening an off-site residence to support the needs of our adult outpatient program (PHP) patients. In preparation for the launch of this new and exciting program, we are looking to add the following new positions to our team. Lead Residential Care Coordinator: Monday – Friday 3pm -11pm Residential Care Associate: Monday – Thursday 11pm-9am Residential Care Associate: Saturday & Sunday 1pm-11pm This is a part time position with benefits. Residential Care Associate: Friday – Sunday 11pm-9am This is a part time position with benefits. Peachford Hospital: Bringing Life Into Balance. Requirements

High School Diploma. A bachelor’s degree in a social services field is helpful.
Previous experience working with addictive disease and/or behavioral health patients in an inpatient, outpatient, group-home or half-way house setting.
A valid Georgia driver’s license with a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform regular safety checks on patients.
Perform ground and room safety checks throughout shift.
Process new intakes and discharging patients.
Transport and monitor patients to hospital programs and appointments.
Organize and administer protocols regarding patient participation in activities of daily living and administer UDS
