The Residential Recovery Counselor 2 will support the day-to-day operations of the residential recovery program ensuring compliance with state and OASAS regulations as well as agency policies and procedures for adults in recovery. This position oversees day-to-day routines of residents: wakeup, grooming/dressing, preparing for work, programs or appointments, shared mealtimes, household tasks social/recreational activities and pm curfews. Provide direct support for up to 12 residents by enforcing adherence to house rules, policies and practices for all residents and visitors. The Residential Recovery Counselor 2 will also maintain a caseload of clients who they will provide individual clinical services for as well as group offerings for all Residents.
