Requirements

Five plus years of residential reconstruction experience with direct reconstruction and demolition experience strongly emphasized
Proven success managing multi-site high-volume residential reconstruction portfolios
Strong background in estimating scheduling cost control and subcontractor management
Demonstrated experience working with municipalities permitting authorities and regulated programs
Ability to lead field operations decisively in dynamic fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of residential reconstruction methods, materials, and building codes
Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and program requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and construction management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to travel statewide as required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, related field or equivalent hands-on experience
