Requirements

  • Must have an active real estate license or be currently enrolled in real estate classes.
  • Licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C. and/or Virginia.
  • A passion for real estate.
  • A driven 'go-getter' mentality.
  • Willingness to learn new methods to grow sales business.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to promote listings.
  • Collaborate with a Client Care Coordinator and Home Marketing Consultant.
  • Participate in training classes to enhance skills and knowledge.
