About The Position

CIS Group is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join their team as 1099 Property Insurance Inspectors. Since 1996, CIS Group has been one of the largest and most trusted names in the insurance inspection industry. This position offers a platform for Independent Contractors to work flexible hours and take on a variety of inspections, serving as either supplemental income or a new venture. The role involves traveling to residential homes, typically within a two-hour radius from Miles City, MT, to conduct exterior property inspections, with occasional interior photos. Inspectors are expected to complete a batch of inspections 2-3 times a month, with potential earnings of $1400 monthly. The company values persistence and resourcefulness, offering autonomy to set one's own schedule and be their own boss.

Requirements

1099 Independent Contractors – Be your own boss, set your own schedule!
Flexible Hours – Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday.
Comfortable Working Outdoors – This role requires you to work in various weather conditions.
Tech-Savvy – A recent smartphone, a good understanding of its systems, and the know-how to troubleshoot issues.
Reliable Vehicle & Driver's License – Travel to residential properties within your territory.
Strong Communication Skills – You're a professional and a persistent communicator. You're not someone who just disappears when things get tough.
Microsoft Excel Familiarity – Basic computer skills are necessary for managing your inspections.
