About The Position
At Harmoniq Residential, our Property Accountants have the balance of working independently to perform the full financial responsibilities of a residential portfolio, while working collaboratively with the property manager and owner. In this role you will fulfill tasks such as accounts payable, receivables, cash management, GL activity, maintaining rent rolls, bank reconciliations, preparation of monthly financials, and preparation of annual property budgets. This position will be provided ample training and workload to ensure a successful career in accounting. Compensation varies based upon experience.
