With that in mind, we're growing our multi-disciplinary team by expanding our residential architecture talent. We're seeking a High-End Residential Project Manager/Designer to bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to projects that redefine what a home can be. From mountain retreats to modern estates, you'll guide clients through the design process while leading project teams to deliver excellence at every stage.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in luxury residential design and project management.
  • Emphasis or specialty in high-end residential design.
  • Architectural licensure preferred.
  • Successfully completed luxury residential projects over 6,000 SF.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Strong proficiency in other 3D rendering tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to sell work and develop client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate and lead within a creative team environment.
  • Passion for design and architecture, possessing energy, talent, and an appreciation for timeless beauty and effortless function.
  • Work effectively within a collaborative team environment and multi-disciplinary design teams.
  • Complex problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are essential.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, from concept sketches to construction.
  • Translate client vision into innovative, functional, and beautiful design solutions.
  • Oversee communication and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Research and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage and produce presentation materials for client and agency meetings.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes while tracking project budgets, schedules, and workflow.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Attend job site meetings, issue supplemental instructions, and respond to RFI's during the Construction Administration phase.
  • Use Revit and rendering tools to produce accurate and compelling drawings and visuals.
