Requirements

Commit to a consistent 16-40 hour per week schedule, which includes weekends (Saturday & Sunday) at one of our Group Homes.
Can reliably commute to work site located in residential areas in Granby/West Granby, CT
Willing to accept an hourly pay rate, ranging from $18.50-$19.40 per hour, dependent upon shift
Make appropriate accommodations to attend a paid 5-day paid New Employee Orientation in Hartford, CT.
Hold a valid Driver’s License and a verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities (personal hygiene, meals, mobility).
Administer medications and monitor health status.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Implement individualized care plans.
Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, etc. (Vehicle Provided)
