About The Position

We are currently seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of program with an emphasis on high quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience working with adults with substance use disorders OR
• An Associate's Degree and at least two years' experience working with adults with substance use disorders OR
• a High School Diploma or G.E.D and holds a CSAC-A from the Virginia Board of Counseling, or who qualifies for certification, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders; OR
• Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia or working towards obtaining Certification and maintain the requirements of a Peer Recovery Specialist per those guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders.
