About The Position

Hey everybody! We at Integrity are excited to kick off our 2026 by adding additional go -getters to our celebrated team of Inspectors. Upon receiving feedback from some of our top performers we decided to revamp the pay structure for this role! Under the new structure, Inspectors now have the potential to earn more money than ever before possible within this role! By meeting the standard minimum KPIs of 2 -3 inspection appointments per week, you can gross over $1000 per week within this role and that isn't even including the percentage -based bonuses you accrue on the backend from your appointments that flip into closed sales. Job Summary: As a Residential Pre -Sale Inspector, you will conduct thorough exterior inspections of residential properties. Your inspections will be focused on roofing, windows, gutters, siding and doors. Your detailed reports will help homeowners understand the condition of their property and any recommended repairs or upgrades, facilitating informed decisions without sales pressure. A company truck will be provided for travel during work hours, and customers will be acquired through signing customers up for free estimate appointments via door -to -door canvassing.

Requirements

Must have an active driver’s license.
High School Diploma or Vocational High School Diploma (required)

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners by going door -to -door using a company appointed vehicle
Schedule and perform detailed home exterior inspections.
Examine roofing, windows, gutters, and doors for signs of damage, wear, or potential failure.
Educate homeowners on inspection findings, emphasizing the importance of high -quality materials and workmanship.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Stay current with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in residential construction and remodeling.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines during inspections.
