Job Responsibilities
Install residential plumbing systems including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water supply lines.
Perform plumbing installations such as repipes, sewer lines, water heaters, and fixture replacements.
Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans.
Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
Test systems after installation to verify proper operation and leak-free performance.
Maintain a clean and safe job site while protecting customer property.
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding work being completed.
Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and management to ensure proper materials and scheduling.
Document job details, materials used, and completion notes in company software.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on plumbing systems, products, and installation techniques.
Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
Valid plumbing license.
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and local codes.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor conditions.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
