About The Position
Jenkins Plumbing is growing, and we need someone who knows how to price jobs the right way the first time. If you understand residential plumbing and can turn blueprints into accurate, profitable estimates—this is your lane.
Requirements
- Experience in residential plumbing OR plumbing estimating
- You can read blueprints without guessing
- Strong Excel skills (you’re not scared of spreadsheets)
- Detail-oriented — mistakes cost money, and you know that
- Able to handle multiple jobs and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Build accurate estimates for new construction homes (slab, top-out, trim)
- Review blueprints and specs to determine scope and materials
- Calculate labor, materials, and total job costs
- Work with builders and internal teams to lock in project details
- Maintain pricing sheets and cost databases
- Identify ways to save money without cutting corners
