Residential Plumber (Sign-On up to $1.5k)
About The Position
Overview Fire & Ice is looking for talented technicians to join our outstanding team of plumbing professionals. Sign-On up to $2k pending experience and performance. $20 - $50/Hour performance-based pay structure (Uncapped Commission) Top performing techs earn 50+/hour Benefits: Company Vehicle Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. Family plans available as well. 401(k) with company match Basic & Optional Life Insurance Paid time off & Holidays Company supplied tablets What YOU will do as a Residential Plumber: Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Install Plumbing equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Ensure all installs are up to code Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. Work directly with customers to design options and packages to fit their needs and budget when applicable What YOU will bring as a Residential Plumber: 2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience Great Customer Service and Communication Skills Ability to work in home and at the table with the customer to help them understand and build value on options provided Willingness to work as part of a Team Valid driver's license & clean driving record. Requirements
- 2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience
- Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience

- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
