About The Position

Degree Heating & Cooling is an established company with over 30 years of experience providing top tier service and quality products in many areas around the Glastonbury, CT area.
Degree is expanding, and we’re looking for a Licensed Residential Plumber (P2 or higher) who wants to earn great money, work year-round, and help build something big.
If you’re a plumber who takes pride in your work, enjoys helping homeowners, and wants to be paid what you're worth, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Plumbing License (P2 preferred)
• Experience with residential service and installation
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
• Ability to climb ladders and operate tools safely
• Work performed in residential homes in varying seasonal conditions

Nice To Haves

• ServiceTitan experience (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to homeowners
• Run service calls and communicate scope and pricing
• Deliver 5-star customer service experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
