Degree Heating & Cooling is expanding — and we’re looking for a Licensed Residential Plumber (P2 or higher) who wants to earn great money, work year-round, and help build something big. We’re a well-established HVAC company with a strong reputation in the Danbury area, and we’re growing our plumbing team. Requirements

  • Active Connecticut Plumbing License (P2 preferred)
  • Experience with residential service and installation
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
  • Ability to climb ladders and operate tools safely
  • Work performed in residential homes in varying seasonal conditions

  • ServiceTitan experience (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to homeowners
  • Run service calls and communicate scope and pricing
  • Deliver 5-star customer service experiences
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
