About The Position

Overview Residential Plumber What You Will Do: Water heater and sewer repair and/or replacement. Residential service repair. Respond to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and make repairs as needed. Performing preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems. Install, maintain, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures. What You Will Bring: 1+ years residential plumbing experience Flexible availability Ability to handle heavy equipment Ability to work outdoors Written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of computer processes Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
