Sign-On up to $2k pending experience and performance. $20 - $50/Hour performance-based pay structure (Uncapped Commission) Top performing techs earn 50+/hour Benefits: Company Vehicle Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. Requirements

• 2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience
• Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience
• Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Ability to work in home and at the table with the customer to help them understand and build value on options provided
• Willingness to work as part of a Team
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Install Plumbing equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all installs are up to code
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Work directly with customers to design options and packages to fit their needs and budget when applicable
