About The Position

Nat-Su Healthcare is looking for a Residential Operations Manager to provide on-site supervision of the facility non-clinical staff and the residents at Warrior Spirit. Assist staff and clients in maintaining the integrity of the program and a consistent schedule. Ensure all program financial needs are tracked and kept within program financial limits on a spreadsheet. Create and maintain staff scheduling. Track and communicate clients’ program activities, attendance, and other statistics by maintaining program spreadsheets. Maintain a safe and calm atmosphere and ensure that residents are treated with respect and kindness.

Requirements

  • White Bison’s Wellbriety curriculum certifications
  • Trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED
  • Knowledgeable in office operations; proficient PC skills including electronic records systems and Microsoft Office software.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Delegation: Distribute responsibilities effectively so that all tasks and duties are carried out successfully and on time
  • Problem solving: Able to multitask, manage schedules and appointments, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer and technology skills: Computer literate and able to manage computer files, update databases, create spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
  • Administration: Increase office productivity by streamlining tasks and using time effectively
  • Coordination: Delivery of safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client-centered care
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Able to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and effective way.
  • Time management and organization: Able to work independently and with initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Medicaid knowledge and experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support to the Clinic Director for RTC
  • Sets programming and work schedules.
  • Supervision of Residential Treatment Center (RTC) and Support Staff Supervisors.
  • Establish ongoing training and education for all team members.
  • Coordinate with White Bison for training and yearly recertification.
  • Provide crisis interventions when needed.
  • Track and fill purchase requisitions for both RTC.
  • Maintain reporting for non-clinical staff and clients.
  • Maintain facilities of RTC.
  • Ensure staff and clients follow policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
