About The Position

Bancroft is currently seeking a Residential Nurse Case Manager to join our Plainsboro, NJ team. This position promotes the health and wellness of the individuals supported, providing services, advocacy, and education to ensure quality health care for persons with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and neurological impairments. The role involves operating within personal license constraints and adhering to various regulations and guidelines, including the Nurse Practices Act, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). The Residential Nurse Case Manager will provide nursing care management oversight, assess and improve the quality of life and healthcare for persons served, and serve as a key liaison and advocate for comprehensive care plans.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current and valid N.J. license.
• Degree in Nursing and/or certification in Case Management/Developmental Disability or Brain Injury Specialist.
• Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required.
• Three years of prior experience preferred.
