About The Position

Bancroft is currently seeking a Residential Nurse Case Manager to join our Mt. Laurel, NJ team. This position promotes the health and wellness of the individuals supported, including services, advocacy, and education to ensure quality health care for persons with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and neurological impairments. The role operates within personal license constraints and in accordance with various regulations and guidelines, providing nursing care management oversight and improving the quality of life and healthcare for persons served.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current and valid N.J. license.
• Degree in Nursing and/or certification in Case Management/Developmental Disability or Brain Injury Specialist.
• Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required.
• Three years of prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and wellness of individuals supported.
• Provide advocacy and education to ensure quality health care.
• Operate within regulations defined by the Nurse Practices Act and other relevant bodies.
• Serve as a liaison and resource for healthcare needs.
