Sobieski New Homes is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to perform quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction, aiming to win repeat business. Requirements

3+ years of new home construction experience
Knowledge of applicable state codes
Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
Good communication skills
Self-motivated

Deal courteously and tactfully with customers and fellow workers in the construction trades
