The Role

As part of our "rock star team," you will be the backbone of our client’s home-buying journey. You won't just be processing applications; you will be an advisor, a teacher, and a strategist. Your goal is to make the financing process transparent, simple, and stress-free.

Requirements

• Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in residential mortgage lending and know the ins and outs of the industry.
• A Licensed Pro: You hold a valid license through California - DFPI and are NMLS verified.
• A Communicator: You have a knack for breaking down complex industry jargon into clear, human terms.
• Detail-Oriented: You sweat the small stuff so your clients don’t have to.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment where we celebrate each other’s wins ("Together, we thrive" isn't just a motto here).

Responsibilities

• Guide & Empower: Walk clients through the mortgage process with a human touch. Educate them on their options so they feel confident and informed, not overwhelmed.
• Build Community: Cultivate deep, lasting partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners who value a smooth, "no hassle, no fuss" experience.
• Strategize: Analyze financial situations to find the perfect loan fit—whether it’s for a first-time buyer or a growing family.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure files are processed with the accuracy and speed our reputation is built on.
• Stay Sharp: Keep a pulse on industry regulations and products to serve as a true expert for your clients.
