About The Position

Starting wage is $17.00/hr As a Residential Mentor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance as needed to Endeavor Living Participant in their home, to provide for household management and to complete required documentation of services. Position is also responsible for personal care of individuals when needed. Candidate must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. HS diploma or GED required. Schedule: 3 week rotating schedule. See below for sample. Week 1 Sunday- 8:00 am-8:00 am Monday- OFF Tuesday - OFF Wednesday- OFF Thursday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am Friday- OFF Saturday- 4:00 pm-8:00 am Week 2 Sunday- OFF Monday- OFF Tuesday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am Wednesday- 3:00 pm- 8:00 am Thursday OFF Friday – OFF Saturday – OFF Week 3 Sunday- OFF Monday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am Tuesday- OFF Wednesday- OFF Thursday- OFF Friday- 4:00 pm-through Saturday 4:00 pm (24 hour shift) Essential Job responsibilities: Provide support to participants Assist during meal times Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes Monitor medication and co mplete required documentation Provide safe transportation of participants Plan and supervise outings and r ecreational activities Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO 403(b) Retirement Plan Gas Compensation Referral Program D enotes essential functions of the position.
