About The Position
Arc Human Services is hiring a Residential Manager to join our team in Canonsburg, PA! This position is responsible for managing the total operation of designated community homes, overseeing staff and individuals, and ensuring the health, welfare, and development of those we serve. The Residential Manager will coordinate all aspects of the community homes, supervise direct care staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training to staff. Compliance with all applicable county and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures, is essential. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including varying days and hours, on-call duties, weekends, and periodic observation of night shifts. Direct care coverage may also be required as needed.
