Who we are looking for: Wildwood Residential Program is looking for a caring, compassionate Residential Manager to who has experience working with people with disabilities in a residential setting. Successful candidates will exhibit the ability to interact with our individuals in a positive encouraging way have a history of commitment and leadership be comfortable stepping in and filling vacancies created by leaves of absence, vacation or vacant positions be patience, and supportive leaders have a positive attitude This Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program you are covering

Requirements

At least 1 years' supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and /or developmental disabilities is required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
SCIP-R certification based on program need.
