The Residential Manager for the ITP functions in a leadership capacity, focusing upon staff development and service delivery to children and their families. The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of their assigned site(s). They directly supervise, coach and mentor Behavior Technicians to insure that the highest possible quality of life and personal achievement can be obtained.
