We hope you will consider joining us as an employee owner. Integrated Life Choices (ILC) seeks a Residential Manager to join our growing team in Grand Island, Nebraska. We're seeking an energetic individual who can multi-task and manage direct support professional staff in a group home setting. This position is responsible for ensuring all necessary support is provided in order to fulfill ILC’s promise: 'To support people in living a fulfilling life.' Residential Managers also rotate on-call responsibilities and are expected to work direct support professional hours as a working supervisor.

Requirements

B.A. or B.S. in a related Human Service field or two or more years of related experience working with Developmental Disabled individuals OR a combination of education and experience.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Be a minimum of 19 years of age
Be able to successfully complete and pass all background checks including DMV, Nebraska Adult and Child Protective Services Central Registry, criminal checks, and references.
Successfully complete and pass all checks including: • Nebraska Adult Protective Services Central Registry • Child Protective Services Central Registry • Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Background Check • Federal Bureau of Investigation Background Check

Responsibilities

Training, scheduling, and supervising direct support professionals
Ensuring residential staffing levels meet requirements
Ensuring objectives and training support programs are implemented properly
Ensuring documentation such as MARS, daily logs, and incident reports are completed in a timely manner
Attending meetings with guardians and service coordinators
Producing a variety of reports
Ensuring state and federal regulations are met
