About The Position

The Residential Manager at the Coastal Autism Community Training Home is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to individuals with autism and related disabilities. This role involves planning, implementing, and supervising residential operations, ensuring compliance with agency standards, and providing support and training to staff. The manager will also develop individualized plans for residents and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field (sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, Registered Nurse licensure, or Doctorate of Medicine/Osteopathy).
  • Two years of related experience providing professional or direct services, including at least one year of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
  • At least two years of experience as a supervisor.
  • Must maintain a valid South Carolina Driver's License (SCDL) in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and supervise the delivery of services for individuals served by Autism Residential Operations.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and update individualized Residential Plans for each resident.
  • Complete Annual Assessments, Supervision Plans, ISP Programs, and ISP Data in coordination with Residential Support Plan.
  • Develop and review progress, providing quarterly progress reports to the supervisor.
  • Attend program meetings and ensure participation from staff, parents/guardians, service coordinators, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance standards for Licensing, Contract Compliance, and other agency directives.
  • Maintain CTHII homes and SLP residences according to agency directives and compliance standards.
  • Provide support to full-time and part-time staff to ensure implementation of all plans and objectives.
  • Plan and conduct training for staff on accountability, licensing, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain staffing levels to ensure efficient scheduling on shifts for CTHII homes.
  • Support SLP residents by providing services according to service provider appropriation.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
