About The Position

Place 2B Properties is seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to service residential properties in Corvallis and surrounding areas. The role involves performing various maintenance functions, ensuring property upkeep, and providing excellent customer service to residents and property owners.

Requirements

• At least two years' property maintenance experience in the property management industry or related field (Preferred).
• Knowledge of general maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical repairs required.
• Must have reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license in Oregon.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in property management industry (Preferred).
• High school or equivalent education (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and exterior building maintenance.
• Maintain work order system utilizing a tablet and/or computer and provide follow-up verification of completion in a timely manner.
• Inspect property grounds and identify issues requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, amenities, laundry rooms, and parking lots.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with maintenance leadership regarding all maintenance issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while providing outstanding customer service.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments and coworkers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Be on call for property emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
