About The Position
The position involves maintaining the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents. The individual will diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, exterior, and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools. Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, being available for 24-hour maintenance emergency calls, and preparing apartments for new residents following RKW standards. The role also requires performing daily maintenance of property grounds, inspecting building mechanical systems, and maintaining a satisfactory level of resident service. The individual will report problems to the Maintenance Supervisor and maintain a good working relationship with fellow staff members.
