About The Position
The position involves maintaining the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents. Responsibilities include diagnosing and solving maintenance issues in apartment homes, exterior and common areas, and completing service requests within 24 hours. The role requires availability for 24-hour maintenance emergency calls and the ability to react promptly to emergency situations. Additional duties include preparing apartments for new residents, performing daily maintenance of property grounds, and maintaining an operating environment to achieve satisfactory levels of resident service. The position also involves routine inspections of building systems and common areas, maintaining equipment, and observing safety standards.
