About The Position
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Position available in the Cleveland area. About Property Management Inc. and Primekey: PMI REM is a full-service property management company, specializing in rentals, turnkey and rehab. We operate our own brokerage and construction company, as well as providing investing guidance and support for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detailed oriented.
Responsibilities
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors if necessary.
