About The Position
The position involves completing service requests within 24 hours and participating in an ongoing community improvement plan and preventative maintenance program. The role requires diagnosing and performing maintenance and repair tasks on various systems and structures, including electrical and plumbing systems, A/C and heating systems, appliances, and more. The individual will also maintain inventory levels, ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding hazardous materials, and perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner. Additionally, the position requires interaction with vendors and maintaining a courteous demeanor with residents and staff. The employee must be available for 24-hour maintenance emergency calls and operate standard maintenance equipment safely.
