About The Position

The Residential Lending Servicer II is responsible for managing mortgage accounts after funding and closing. This position supports members by resolving inquiries, processing transactions, managing escrow and tax documentation, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate servicing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality member experience while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or financial services experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Effective communication skills and commitment to providing a high level of member service

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage post-closing mortgage accounts, including escrow administration, tax processing, PMI management, payoffs, ARM documentation, and required servicing updates.
Research and resolve member inquiries and discrepancies, including escrow questions, payment issues, payoff requests, and account concerns, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Reconcile and process financial transactions, including mortgage payments, ACH and lockbox postings, vendor invoices, tax payments, and escrow analyses.
Ensure regulatory and investor compliance, including Fannie Mae reporting, required member notifications, insurance monitoring, and adherence to federal and state servicing guidelines.
Collaborate across departments and support team operations, including participating in the servicing phone queue, assisting with workflow prioritization, and supporting the training of new team members.
