About The Position
Are you drawn to real estate, sales, helping people find the right home, or working with amazing people every day? This is your on-ramp! We're a locally trusted property management company based in Westport, managing a variety of multifamily communities across the Kansas City metro. We're looking for driven, people-first professionals who want to build a real career in property management and real estate, not just fill a seat. This is a temp-to-hire role with a 90-day path to permanent employment and a rewarding career. This is a high-activity, client-facing role. Every day you'll be moving, connecting, and closing. You'll be tracked on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics - and at the end of 90 days, you'll have a formal evaluation and the opportunity to join the team permanently. You don't need a real estate license or years of experience in this field. You need drive, reliability, and the right mindset.
Requirements
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and the satisfaction of closing a deal
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building rapport quickly
- Organized and able to manage a busy, shifting schedule independently
- Strong communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Reliable with a valid driver's license and dependable transportation (required)

- Background in customer service or sales preferred
Responsibilities
- Connect with leads - respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email with speed and professionalism
- Tour prospects - show available homes across the KC metro and create a standout experience
- Review processed applications - evaluate and move qualified applicants forward in the process
- Prep and send leases - guide new residents through signing and ensure accuracy from start to finish
- Communicate promptly - follow up consistently and keep every prospect and applicant in the loop
