About The Position

The Lead Engineer is responsible for performing various tasks including split system heat pump repairs, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and other duties as assigned. The range for this position is $ 36.00 to $ 43.00 an hour and is based on experience. This is a non-exempt position that will be compensated for overtime. Attendance is essential to this position. The community is open 24/7, weekend work or overnight hours may be expected.

Requirements

• five or more years of engineering experience
• strong customer service skills
• high school diploma
• able to lift (60 lbs.) and safely move appliances
• comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet
