About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Residential Landscape Sales Consultant to sell high-end landscape installation and renovation projects. This role is heavily focused on sales execution and closing. You will work with pre-qualified inbound leads, existing clients, and self-generated opportunities to drive revenue and consistently hit sales targets. If you are confident selling large-ticket residential projects and enjoy working directly with homeowners, and have exceptional local plant and landscape knowledge, This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leading company!

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape sales (required)
• Strong closer with the ability to sell premium, high-dollar projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Austin and Central Texas plant material and landscape practices
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a field-based, client-facing role
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-set, inbound leads at residential properties
• Sell high-value landscape installation and renovation projects
• Identify and close upgrade and enhancement opportunities with existing clients
• Build trust quickly and guide homeowners through the landscape install process
• Prepare and present proposals and pricing
• Follow up consistently and close deals in a timely manner
• Self-generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking
