About The Position
The Residential Junior Analyst is responsible for determining the assessed value of residential properties in Cook County, analyzing and processing appeals, and conducting re-reviews and Certificates of Error related to the valuation of those properties. This position reports to the assigned Manager of Residential Valuations or Manager of Commercial Valuation. The analyst must perform all duties in a uniform and timely manner to meet the assessment deadlines of the Cook County Assessor's Office (CCAO) and provide good customer service.
