About The Position
We’re hiring a Residential Interior Designer to lead the design of kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovation projects. This role focuses on creative design, client collaboration, and translating concepts into functional, build-ready plans.
Requirements
- Experience in residential interior design, remodeling, or renovation projects
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and functionality
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with design and presentation software preferred
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovation projects from concept through execution
- Meet with homeowners to understand goals, style preferences, and functional needs
- Develop layouts, finish selections, and design presentations
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction teams
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Support clients through selections, revisions, and design decisions
